1. Research & Course Selection
Explore College's course offerings.
Ensure you meet the general entry requirements:
Minimum age of 18 years.
Completion of Year 12 or equivalent (Year 11 for specific courses).
English proficiency: IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent (e.g., PTE, TOEFL).
2. Application Submission
Complete the Collegeonline International Student Application Form.
Gather and certify necessary documents:
Academic transcripts.
English language proficiency results.
Passport identification page.
CV with detailed study and work experience details
Submit the enrolment application form and documents online
3. Application Assessment
College Admissions Team reviews the application for completeness and eligibility.
If requirements are met, proceeds to the next step ===>
4. Letter of Offer
Receive a Letter of Offer detailing:
Course information.
Start and end dates.
Tuition fees and payment instructions.
5. Review the offer carefully, including the refund policy.
6. Acceptance of Offer letter & Tuition Fee Payment
Sign and return the Acceptance of Offer.
Pay the tuition fees as outlined in the Letter of Offer.
Obtain a receipt of payment.
7. Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
Upon receipt of payment, College issues a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
You need COE to apply for your Student visa application for Australia.
8. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Purchase OSHC for the duration of your stay in Australia.
BUPA or AHM or Medibank are OSHC recommended providers.
OSHC is mandatory for student visa applicants.
9. Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)
Create an account on theImmiAccount portal
Complete the online visa application form by yourself or through your Agent (Registered Migration Agent) if lodging in Australia.
Upload required documents:
CoE.
OSHC policy details.
Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statement.
Financial evidence (e.g., bank statements for 3 to 6 months, Bank Loan, Income source etc).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Financial documents may not be required for students applying from Assessment level one countries like UK, US, New Zealand, or European students or students from countries like Japan/South Korea. Check our Qualified Consultant in your specific case depending on which country Passport you hold and which Australian institution you are applying for.
English proficiency results eg: IELTs/PTE
Health examination results (if applicable).
Pay the visa application fee (AUD $1600 as of 2025).
Submit the application and note the Transaction Reference Number (TRN).

Await the decision from the Department of Home Affairs.
Upon approval, receive your visa grant notification.
